Full Preterism is the Belief that all Prophecy has been Fulfilled and that includes Christ's 2nd Coming, the Resurrection, the Great White Throne Judgment, etc. Most Christians believe the Preterist view of Eschatology to be Heretical. However, if they would investigate it they would discover that it is the truth IF they could accept the fact they have been so wrong. There are a couple of groups within Full Preterism that I consider to be Heretical and they are Israel Only and Universalists.
I became aware of the Preterist view of Eschatology over 20 years ago but refused to take a serious look at it because it was so different than what I had been taught. After studying it for awhile I became convinced that it was the correct Eschatology. Eschatology is simply the study of the last days. While most Christians believe the last days refer to the last days of planet earth or the last days of time, scripture does not teach such a concept.
I do not agree with anyone about everything when it comes to Eschatology and that probably applies to you as well. That's just the way it is when it comes to interpreting scripture. You can learn a lot from the sources below whether you agree with them on everything or not.
There is a major division within Full Preterism and that is the CBV (Collective or Corporate Body View) versus the IBV (Individual Body View). You will see feuds between the 2 groups on Facebook if you join any of the Full Preterist groups. You may even wonder if some of these people are Christians when you witness their behavior but it is what it is. It's not as bad as it was during the Reformation when the Catholics and Protestants were going at it but some accuse others of being Heretics. I just want to warn you so that you will not be shocked when you witness the confrontations.
You will have to study both views and make up your own mind as to which you believe to be correct. I ascribe to the Individual Body - Rapture View.
